PHILIDAS® MKV NUT


About

Philidas® MKV Nut is a low cost production all metal self locking nut, most suited for high volume application.  Metric MKV nuts are manufactured in Grades 8, 10 & 12 from M4 to M36 with sizes upto M16 cold formed or bar turned depending on quantity and sizes above M16 bar turned.

The Philidas® MKV Nut has a relatively high prevailing torque obtained by two-point deforming for consistent characteristics to BS4929 and all threads on the Philidas® MKV Nut are all load bearing and can be re-used.

The Philidas® MKV Nut is also available in the following: UNF, UNC, BA, BSF, & BSW threads (4mm - 36mm, 6-32 (2BA) - 1.5in.

Philidas® MKV Nuts are stocked in various metric sizes, which can be delivered next day.  All non stocked sizes are manufactured to order subject to minimum order quantities.

Fastenright Ltd also stock a small range of imperial Philidas® MKV nut sizes with all non stocked sizes manufactured to order.
