Brass Wing Screws American Form (DIN 316 A)

Brass American Form Wing Screws, made to DIN 316 A standard, are commonly referred to as Rectangular Wing Bolts. They host a conical shaped body with two elongated ears or wings that protrude from either side.

These wings host a rectangular shape compared to Brass German Form Wing Screws – designed to be installed by hand without the need for additional tools.

With anti-rust and corrosion resistant properties, these Wing Screws are suitable for external use and are often found within mechanical and engineering applications.

They can be partnered with any mating nut, but to create a symmetrical fastening that is adjustable from both ends, they should be used alongside Brass American Form Wing Nuts

DIN 316 A Brass Wing Screws American Form are available at Fastenright in thread sizes M5 to M12, with lengths up to 60mm. Optional thread locking patches can also be supplied.

Wing Bolts are available to order in various materials such as A2 Stainless Steel, A4 Stainless Steel, Nylon, Titanium and Aluminium.
