System zero reusable security machine screws
The tamper resistant System Zero dome head security screw has an external non-slip drive built into the head, which helps avoid damage to adjacent components, requiring a special insert bit or key wrench to insert and remove.
The security head design makes this screw suitable for higher torque applications. These are 2 way reusable fixings, ideal for applications where maintenance is required.
The System Zero drive is designed to reduce and resist cam-out, which can occur more frequently in Phillips and 2-hole drives. The external torx drive also allows for better torque, resulting in a screw which reduces the risk of damage to either the drive head or the application it is being used on.
Available from stock in steel and A2 stainless steel.
Special System Zero Security Screws can be made to order including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts to drawings.
