Countersunk Metric Thread Drill Point Screw

Metric Thread Screw with Drill Point and Countersunk Head are often referred to as Tek screws due to their Self-Drilling nature.

They host a Self-Drilling point that allows the screw to be installed without the need for a pre-drilled pilot hole. This removes the need for extra tool bits and improves installation time.

Although suitable for use as a window screw, they have multiple uses and are typically used for fixing a range of hardware to reinforced frames. Ideal for situations where there is Steel reinforcement in place.

The Countersunk Head allows the screw to sit flat within the fastening material, providing a flat and aesthetic finish to the target application.

These Countersunk Metric Thread Drill Point Screws, are available in an M4 thread as standard, with other screw sizes available to order on request.

Manufactured in Zinc Plated Steel as standard, with materials and finishes including Stainless Steel and Yellow Plated Steel available on request.

Available now in lengths ranging from 16mm to 38mm, with other sizes available to order.

Any non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Countersunk Metric Thread Drill Point Screw Technical Drawing
