Inserts for plastics are designed for fast installation into thermoplastics using heat or ultrasonics. They are used for high jack-out loading applications.

The inserts for plastics range includes, opposed knurls and knurled vanes, self-tapping inserts, suitable for use in a wide range of thermoplastics and thermoplastic mouldings. The sharp precision knurl pattern cuts into these materials reduces radical stress and allows thinner boss walls to be used than usual.
