Plastic & Nylon Spacers

Plastic spacers are typically manufactured from high-grade Nylon 66, resulting in a very durable and crack-resistant component – primarily used to provide clearance gaps between two joined fasteners or surfaces.

They are a cost-effective alternative to concrete spacers that are lightweight and offer good levels of corrosion resistance. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Nylon is non-conductive and vibration-resistant, widely used across a range of industries e.g. Construction and Manufacturing. Other materials include Polyacetal which features excellent wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. Both are available with added glass fibres.

Typically supplied in a White (natural) finish as standard, but can be dyed to colour match any application or assembly.
