FasPlas Pozi Flange Thread Forming Screws are ideal for Plastic applications providing maximum engagement with the material as the relationship between the drive and the contact material will be a much better fit and less prone to loosening or loss of resistance. The screws feature a domed head that fits tight to the surface and require a pre-drilled or moulded hole to install into.

These screws are available in 30°, 45° and 60° thread angles. The angle required depends on the material they are to be fastened into and the level of resistance that is required – having an angled screw will improve the fit and security of the screw and make for a better fit when forming the thread.
The 45° and 60° Pozi Flange Self Tapping Screws for Plastic feature a trilobular body that means Plastic material can fill the extra space that would not be present on a standard circular thread, reducing stress.
FasPlas Pozi Flange Thread Forming Screws come in a variety of sizes in a range of diameters and lengths. As well as being available in various sizes they are also manufactured in different finishes – Zinc Steel, Black Steel, A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel.
