The Patta Manual Rivet Nut Tool is a cost-effective rivnut setting tool designed to be used by hand for low volume applications.
With a capacity to set M3 to M10 rivnuts, this tool hosts a compact lever arm design and ergonomic handles for improved grip.
It also features a quick release system to easily change the mandrel when required. The Patta HN-901 Hand Rivet Nut Tool is supplied with mandrels to install M5, M6 and M8 rivet nuts. Optional nose kits to install M3, M4 and M10 rivet nuts can also be supplied.
To set a rivet nut, it is first screwed onto the mandrel and placed within the installation hole. The arms of the tool are then squeezed together which deforms the head of the rivet nut to hold it in place. The mandrel can then be unscrewed from the rivet nut using the knurled wheel.
