* We have obtained full technical protection of the Tricone® range of fasteners and will defend any infringement of these rights vigorously.
These products have been painstakingly developed to offer our customers the highest possible security fixing for their applications and products, and have proven very popular since their conception.
With a unique aesthetic appearance featuring a domed and polished head that has been designed to resist removal, these Tricone® security bolts are made from high-quality A2 stainless steel and are fully traceable in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
What makes the Tricone® Security Range so Special?
The Tricone® Security Bolt hosts three equally space blind holes formed on its head, with three-dimensional cones in each hole. These cone projections protrude upwards from the holes base and make forced removal of the fastener extremely difficult.
It’s a completely unique product to Fastenright and has been patented under our name, meaning you won’t be able to find it anywhere else.
With high torque and a shiny polished head for an aesthetically pleasing finish, and we’re happy to go as far as to say that it’s probably the most secure fastener on the market.
A dedicated locking and unlocking tool is required to fix and remove the fastener and able to achieve high torque because of the three pin system used.
How does the Tricone® Security Tool Benefit the Bolt?
The locking tool is fully hardened, and each tool has a unique code ensuring that our product is fully traceable down to the customer it was sold to – ensuring the integrity of this premium high-security kit.
The Tricone® Security tool is, as suggested, used alongside the Security bole, and only available from Fastenright Limited. We only supply these tools to genuine Tricone® customers, and they are not permitted for resale.
