What are aluminium nuts?
Aluminium nuts are standard hexagon full nuts made to DIN 934 and used as mating components for bolts or parallel threaded screws. They are widely used across industries where strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance are key considerations, such as aerospace, automotive, medical equipment and electronic assemblies.
Why choose aluminium nuts?
Aluminium provides several key advantages:
- Lightweight construction to reduce overall assembly weight
- Good corrosion resistance for outdoor or exposed environments
- Non-magnetic and conductive, suitable for electronic or sensitive equipment
- Clean finish for visible applications
What sizes are available?
We supply aluminium nuts in standard thread sizes from M3 to M24. Thinner reduced-height versions and flanged aluminium nuts can also be supplied.
We offer custom manufacture for non-standard sizes, materials, finishes and modified parts made to drawing. Minimum order quantities apply.
