Connection nuts, otherwise referred to as coupling nuts or extension nuts, are for the joining of two male threads – and most commonly Allthread full threaded rods.
The outside of the nut is usually a hexagon, enabling a hexagon wrench to rotate it.
There are finishes such as hot dip galvanising and zinc plating available, alongside just a self-colour option.
Available at Fastenright in thread sizes M6 to M30, with lengths up to 90mm.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
