Pan Head Seal Screws with Under Head Seal provide a highly reusable sealing solution that offers excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and automotive fluids. This includes the likes of alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, oil, diesel fuel and hydraulic fluids.
These components are primarily designed to prevent the leakage of fluids and gases under pressure. They prevent galvanic corrosion between dissimilar materials and are often used in place of traditional gaskets.
The incredibly durable green seal is permanently bonded to the bearing surface of the fastener, which during installation, compresses to fill space between the underside of the head and counter bore – creating a secure gasket-type seal.
As this under head seal does not shrink or dry out over time, these screws provide great reusability. Pan Head Under Head Seal Screws are a cost-effective alternative to standard o-ring seal screws that can be supplied with a much shorter lead time.

- 6 Lobe Torx (TX) Pan Under Head Seal Screws typically conform to DIN 7985 / ISO 14583 / ASME B18.6.3
The seal can be applied to all of our standard materials, including Steel and Stainless Steel, with non-standard materials and finishes available on request. Special seal colours can also be supplied.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
