Plastic Flat Washers (DIN 125 Form C / BS 4320)

Plastic Flat Washers, to DIN 125 Form C or BS 4320 standard, are designed to distribute loads evenly across a threaded fastener, prevent friction between parts and provide additional thickness to an application where required.

Often referred to as Plain Washers, they host an outer diameter that is wider than DIN 125 Form A Plastic Flat Washers – increasing the contact surface and offering greater protection to the fastening material.

Typically found within the engineering and construction sectors, these Plastic Flat Washers Form C to DIN 125 or BS 4320 are suitable for a range of assemblies, including applications where shocks and vibrations may cause damage to components.

Compatible with ISO metric bolts, screws and nuts, they are ideal for use between moving parts or as cushioning washers – often found as part of domestic electrical appliances e.g. washing machines.

Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard. This provides a strong, lightweight washer featuring good corrosion and wear resistance.

Supplied in a White (natural) finish as standard but can be dyed in a wide range of colours to best match the intended application or assembly.

These Nylon Flat Washers are available for thread sizes M6 (6.4mm) to M39 (39mm) as standard, with other sizes available to order. Minimum order quantities apply.

Non-standard sizes, colours and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Plastic Flat Washers (DIN 125 Form A) Technical Drawing
