Plastic Slotted Mushroom Head Screws, made to ISO 7380, are typically used for bolting softer materials. They host a wide head, low profile and a traditional slot drive – fastened using a standard flat blade screwdriver.
These machine screws are manufactured with a full thread, ideal for applications that require high grip strength. They are suitable for use in a tapped or pre-drilled hole and are often used alongside nuts with a matching thread.
The mushroom, or mush head, is larger in diameter compared to other screw heads, helping to create a larger bearing surface. The flatter style also provides an aesthetically pleasing finish to any application.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour as standard. Plastic Slotted Mushroom Head Screws to ISO 7380 can by dyed in a variety of colours to match the intended application or assembly.
Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard – a versatile material that offers high chemical and corrosion resistance. Other types of plastic are available to order.
Available in thread diameters from M4 to M12 as standard, and lengths from 6mm onwards. Minimum order quantities apply.
Non-standard sizes, colours and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
