Plastic Slotted Roofing Bolts

Plastic Slotted Roofing Bolts are primarily used for roofing on structures such as greenhouses and garages. but can be found in a range of applications – typically used to join multiple products or materials together e.g. to fit cable trunking or cable trays.

These Roofing Bolts feature a cross slot, or double slot drive, allowing the bolt to be driven in either slot using a standard flat blade screwdriver. The low profile, mushroom style head provides a more secure clamp with a larger bearing surface, enabling the bolt to be driven easier.

Requiring a pre-drilled or tapped hole for installation, they are suitable for both interior and exterior use and can be exposed to adverse weather conditions due to their good levels of chemical and moisture resistance.

Plastic Slotted Roofing Bolts are manufactured in Polypropylene as standard – providing a lightweight and cost-effective fastener with good impact strength.

Supplied in a translucent straw (natural) colour as standard, with other colours available on request. Standard Slotted Roofing Bolts and Aluminium Slotted Roofing Bolts are also available at Fastenright.

Available in M5 and M6 diameters as standard, with lengths ranging from 12mm to 30mm. Minimum quantities apply.

Non-standard sizes, colours and materials are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Plastic Slotted Roofing Bolts Technical Drawing
