Roll Pins are fasteners that are often used in securing the position of multiple parts of a machine that are relative to each other.
They are often used as a ‘key’ to fasten one shaft to another or to fasten flat faces of mating parts together.
These pins are considered to be a self-retaining fastener due to the force that they exert against the hole they are placed in.
There are two types of roll pins, a coiled option and a slotted option – with the slotted options being the most popular.
Generally available in stainless steel, with a number of materials and finishes available upon request.
