Self Clinch Studs are designed to become a permanent fixture of the device or component in which it is installed, and they are often installed during final assembly.
The fasteners, which are externally threaded, become permanently mounted to a framework, which reduces costs and assembly time. They are designed to withstand high levels of torque, heavy weights and constant pull.
For Self Clinch Studs to work, a parallel squeezing force is applied in order to secure the stud to the sheet metal panel.
Available as standard in Aluminium, Steel and Stainless Steel in various lengths and thread sizes. Specials are available to order, as well as a number of materials and finishes.
