Truncated Shallow Pan Countersunk Element Screws

Truncated Element Screws with Shallow Pan Countersunk Head are a mechanical jointing screw, making them great for use as window screws.

They host a special truncated head for use in thin materials, typically for fixing frame to frame or frame to mullions.

The Phillips drive ensures the screw is driven in straight due to the naturally centred force of torque, while being ideal for use with power drivers, speeding up the installation process.

Manufactured in Steel Yellow Zinc Plated as standard, these screws offer reasonable corrosion resistance.

Truncated Shallow Pan Countersunk Element Screws can also be provided in other materials and finishes on request, including Stainless Steel. Please see below for further details.

Available from Fastenright in 4.8 gauge and lengths from 55mm to 95mm as standard, with alternative sizes available to order.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Truncated Shallow Pan Countersunk Element Screws Technical Drawing
