Brass Spacers

Brass spacers are used to create controlled spacing or standoff between components in assemblies. Commonly found in PCB layouts, electronic devices, and precision hardware, they ensure clear separation while maintaining stability and alignment. Brass delivers a corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic fastening option with good electrical conductivity and a decorative gold-like finish.

There are two main styles:

• Screw Spacers (Unthreaded) – Placed between a screw head and the mounting surface to provide extra clearance while maintaining full tightening torque.
• Standoff Spacers (Threaded) – Feature internal or external threading to allow components to be fastened directly into them. Available in male-to-male, female-to-female, or male-to-female configurations depending on assembly requirements.

These are typically supplied in standard brass or brass zinc plated, the latter offering enhanced corrosion resistance and a silver finish.
