Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws

Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws utilise state of the art “O” Ring technology to prevent contaminates such as air, water and micro particles from degrading the fastening material.

The strong, high quality Silicone rubber O-ring is positioned in a groove below the screw head to create a perfect seal in all directions, whilst maintaining metal to metal contact.

O-Ring Seal Screws provide an economic and efficient sealing solution for an extensive range of applications. Ready to use out of the box, they offer a long lifespan and can be reused in many cases.

The O-ring can be supplied in wide range of materials depending on the intended application. Some of the most common materials include Nitrile rubber (Buna-N), EPDM, Fluorosilicone and Viton – all of which host different physical, chemical and mechanical properties.

• Cross Recess Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws are typically in accordance with DIN 965 Type H standard / DIN 965 Type Z standard / ISO 7046-1 / ISO 7046-2 / ASME B18.6.3
• Slotted Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws are typically in accordance with DIN 963 standard / ISO 2009 / ASME B18.6.3
• Socket Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws are typically in accordance with DIN 7991 standard / ISO 10642 / ASME B18.3
• 6 Lobe Torx (TX) Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws are typically in accordance with DIN 965 standard / ISO 14581 / ISO 10642 / ASME B18.6.3

Optional thread locking patches can also be provided to reduce the effects of vibration and ensure the screw remains locked in place – further increasing the lifespan of the O-ring.
