Seeloc Washer

SKU: WSR26 Categories: ,

Seeloc Washers are tough and highly versatile components designed to prevent contaminants entering or escaping an application – these include air, water, dust, most acids and lubricating oils.

Typically used with conventional screws, bolts and studs, they form a seal under the head of the fastener whilst making full contact with the threads or shank for a reliable high-pressure seal.

Easy to install, these Seeloc Washers work with oversized holes and offer a shelf life of more than 25 years – ideal for applications where repeated installation and removal is necessary.

Metric & Imperial Seeloc Washers are manufactured from 18/8 Stainless Steel and host a temperature range from -75°C to 204°C, with internal and external pressure tolerances up to 100 psig.

Heavy Duty Seeloc Washers can handle torque values at least 50% higher than standard Seeloc Washers, making them ideal for applications with high sealing requirements e.g. medical and chemical equipment.

Other applications include instrument panels, pressure gauges and food processing systems. They are widely used in the automotive industry in parts such as gearboxes, air conditioning systems, hydraulic systems and engines.

Both standard and heavy duty versions are IP66/68 rated and RoHs compliant.
