Inconel Flat Washers (DIN 125 Form A)

Inconel Flat Washers, otherwise known as Inconel Plain Washers, are manufactured to DIN 125 Form A standard / ISO 7089. Designed to distribute loads over a larger surface area, they feature a flat, circular shape that relieves pressure on the installation surface.

Typically used alongside a matching bolt, screw or threaded fastener, they reduce friction between components – prolonging their lifespan while preventing damage to the fastening material.

Their versatility provides a number of uses e.g. as spacers to provide additional thickness or in situations where the target housing is larger than the intended fixing.

DIN 125 Form A Inconel Flat Washers are ideal for a variety of specialist applications that require high strength, toughness, thermal stability and corrosion resistance – widely used in marine environments, as well as chemical processing and aerospace applications.

Available now with diameters from 3.2mm (M3) to 8.4mm (M8) as standard. Other sizes are available to order.

Flat Washers are available in a range of materials including Brass and Nylon, with various exotic materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, and Molybdenum also available.
