Grade 12.9 Steel Threaded Rods, made to DIN 976 standard, are manufactured from Steel Alloy which has been quenched and tempered, to provide very high tensile strength, making them suitable for a range of heavy duty applications.

High Tensile Steel is typically used in equipment and machinery where a high level of resistance to abrasion is required in combination with high yield strength, e.g. earth moving and construction equipment.

Non-standard sizes and cut lengths of Grade 12.9 Steel Threaded Rod are available to order, with short lead times.
