Stainless Steel 4 Pronged T Nuts

Stainless Steel 4 Prong Tee Nuts are alternatively referred to as  stainless T Nuts, Griff Nuts, Claw Nuts or Four Pronged Nuts for Wood.

Stainless Steel Tee Nuts offer superior corrosion resistance compared to their steel counterparts and are often chosen for applications that will be outside or near the sea where they are exposed to the elements.

4 Pronged Tee Nuts made from Stainless Steel consist of an internally threaded barrel with a flat base which resembles capitalised style of the letter T.

This flat base features four evenly spaced prongs which grip into both hard and soft wood, or plastic once fastened. This acts as an anchor, locking the nut in place and preventing movement during assembly.

Stainless Steel 4 Prong Tee Nuts are inserted into a pre-drilled hole in the wood or plastic material and then tapped into place using a hammer, T nut gun or full installation system – leaving a flush finish. Superior corrosion protection, ideal for use in outdoor furniture or play equipment.
