Socket Countersunk Barrel Nuts

Socket countersunk head barrel nuts have a standard socket drive. Available with either through hole or blind hole (see stock size chart for availability). The countersunk socket barrel nut has a smooth barrel under the head keeping a smooth sleek look throughout.

These socket countersunk barrel nuts are ideal for applications where strength, safety and appearance are equally important. Designed to sit neatly in pre-counterbored holes, they deliver a low-profile, flush finish that prevents snags and creates a polished look. This makes them perfect for architectural or public-facing installations.

Manufactured in A1 303 and A4 316 stainless steel, head diameters are made to match standard DIN 7991 socket countersunk screws. Barrel diameters range from 4.5 mm (M4) to 22 mm (M16), providing excellent load capability.

Thread sizes are available from M3 to M16, with lengths between 7 mm and 27 mm.
