Brass Flat Washers (DIN 125 Form A)

Brass Flat Washers conform to DIN 125 Form A standard or ISO 7089 and are typically known as Brass Plain Washers. Featuring a flat, circular design, they help to minimise pressure on the target material and prolong the lifespan of components by providing even load distribution.

Used in conjunction with an appropriately sized bolt, screw or threaded fastener, these washers reduce friction between two parts and prevent damage to the installation surface. They can also be utilised as spacers to provide additional height or for sealing purposes.

Widely found in construction, engineering and plumbing applications where a durable and corrosion resistance component is required. Brass Form B Flat Washers are also available at Fastenright – sharing the same diameter but with reduced thickness.

These DIN 125 Form A Flat Washers are manufactured from Brass offering a range of benefits. With low friction and non-magnetic properties, they are great for use in mechanical devices whilst being waterproof for external applications.

As standard, they are available for thread sizes ranging from M2 (2.2mm) to M24 (25mm). Minimum order quantities apply.

Brass Nickel Plated Flat Washers can also be supplied that offer increased corrosion and wear resistance with a silver finish. Other materials are available to order including Aluminium, Titanium and Nylon.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Brass Flat Washers (DIN 125 Form A)
