Vented Socket Furniture Connector Bolts

Our Vented Socket Furniture Connector Bolts feature a hex drive with an aesthetic head style, making it perfect for furniture. The bolt contains a central vent to aid in the elimination of virtual leaks.

A virtual leak is often the result of residual air space being left at the bottom of a hole in which a bolt is threaded, as well as the bolt itself containing voids of trapped air.

In most instances, vibrations can cause the loosening of the bolt, which releases the trapped air and creates a virtual leak. The trapped air is removed via the central ventilation hole in the middle of the bolt.

Manufactured from Steel and A2 Stainless Steel as standard, with other materials available to order.

Vented Socket Furniture Connector Bolts are available in thread diameters M5 to M8 as standard, with lengths ranging from 10mm to 150mm. Vented 6 Lobe TX Furniture Connector Bolts are also available at Fastenright.
