Hexagon ACME Threaded Connector Nuts

Hexagon ACME Threaded Connector Nuts, sometimes referred to as Hex Coupling Nuts or Extension Nuts, feature a hexagonal body for quick and easy installation using a standard hex wrench.

They are primarily used join two male ACME Threaded Rods together to create longer assemblies from shorter lengths – often found in the same or similar applications that require threaded rod.

The internal ACME thread, with a 29° thread angle, hosts great strength for heavy work loads and is suitable for high torque applications. Hexagon ACME Threaded Nuts are also available at Fastenright, as well as left-hand thread variants for reverse threading.

Hexagon ACME Threaded Connector Nuts are manufactured from Grade 2 Steel and A2 / 304 Stainless Steel as standard, with other materials and finishes available to order.

Available now with thread sizes from 3/8″ to 2 1/2″ as standard. We supply a range of Threaded Rod and matching nuts here at Fastenright to suit most applications and assemblies.

Bespoke sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings – minimum order quantities apply.
