Hexagon Trapezium Threaded Nuts (DIN 103)

Hexagon Trapezium Threaded Nuts to DIN 103, otherwise known as Hexagonal Trapezoidal Nuts, host an internal trapezoidal thread form and a six-sided hex design for high performance and increased load bearing capabilities.

This trapezium style thread contains a 30° thread angle and is one of the strongest symmetrical forms on the market – great for high torque applications and heavy work loads.

Used in conjunction with Trapezoidal Threaded Rod, they provide highly accurate adjustment whilst generating power through motion. Traversal of the thread results in a linear movement that is often required in lathes and other industrial machinery.

Manufactured from Steel and A1 Stainless Steel as standard, with other materials and finishes are available to order on request.

DIN 103 Hexagon Trapezium Threaded Nuts are available with thread sizes from 10mm (TR10x2) to 70mm (TR70x10) as standard. Round Trapezium Threaded Nuts are also available at Fastenright.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings – minimum order quantities apply.

Note: TR10x2 indicates a thread diameter of 10mm and a pitch of 2mm.
