Inconel Threaded Bar

Inconel Threaded Bar consists of an alloy containing Nickel, Chromium and Molybdenum, known for its great corrosion resistance and strength at high temperatures. The temperatures that Inconel can be used in range from cryogenic to just under 1,000 degrees at 982ยฐC.

Its corrosion resistance is dependent on the environment it is placed in, but the high alloy content in Inconel allows it to withstand a number of environments.

In seawater, neutral salts or alkaline media, there’s almost no corrosive attack to the Threaded Rod – and in more severe environments, the Nickel, Molybdenum and Chromium additions help to resist oxidising and nonoxidising chemicals.

These Inconel Threaded Rods are often found in a number of grades, and their properties make them a material of choice for the aerospace, marine, electronics and chemical processing industries.

Available to order from M2 to M33, and in lengths ranging across one, two and three metres. We can provide larger sizes, made to order.

If you require more information or would like to order a Threaded Rod, please contact an experienced member of our sales team by phone call or our enquiry form.
