Titanium Hexagon Flange Nuts (DIN 6923)

Titanium Hexagon Flange Nuts, to DIN 6923 or ISO 4161, are otherwise known as Titanium Hex Flanged Nuts and feature a six-sided body with full internal thread – similar to Titanium Full Nuts.

At the base of the nut, they host an integrated, non-spinning flange washer. This reduces pressure on the target material by providing a larger surface area to distribute the fastening load.

The large outer diameter of the washer makes these flange nuts ideal for use with irregular shaped holes – also helping to hide imperfections in the target surface such as tooling holes or markings.

Titanium is a non-magnetic material that provides great chemical, corrosion and saltwater resistance. It is often used for lightweight applications that require fasteners with a high strength-to-weight ratio e.g. robotics, automotive and aerospace.

Manufactured from Grade 2 Titanium as standard – offering good ductility and a high melting point. Other grades of Titanium are available to order.

Titanium Hexagon Flange Nuts to DIN 6923 are available at Fastenright in thread sizes from M5 to M10 as standard. Titanium Dome Nuts are also available, as well as a range of Titanium Fasteners.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings – minimum order quantities apply.
