System Zero Security Machine Screw

  • An economical, two-way security screw.
  • Requires special driver tool
  • Hosts unique non-slip drive head.

System Zero Security Screws feature a dome head and an external non-slip drive which is built into the head – helping to avoid damage to adjacent components and requiring a special insert bit or key wrench to insert or remove.

The security head design makes the screw suitable for higher torque applications. They are two-way, reusable fixings that are ideal for applications where maintenance is required.

The System Zero drive is designed to reduce and resist cam-out, which occurs more frequently in Phillips and 2-Hole drives – with the external TX drive also allowing for better torque which results in a screw that reduces the risk of damage to the drive head and application it is being used on.

Manufactured from Steel and A2 Stainless Steel as standard.

Available at Fastenright in thread sizes from M2 to M8 as standard, with lengths ranging from 3mm to 60mm.
