Cleveloc Nut Thin Type

Cleveloc Nut Thin Type, otherwise known as Type T Cleveloc Nuts, are a distinctive self-locking nut designed to effectively withstand shocks and vibrations.

This component features a thin hex nut body with locking threads and an elliptical collar – geometrically developed to ensure consistent performance and dependability with a high fatigue life.

These self-locking nuts gradually increase areas of pressure and friction on bolt threads, where the two locking elements engage with the threads when tightened for a smooth and progressive self-locking motion.

The Thin Type Cleveloc Nut provides a long service life while offering high reusability – ideal for applications where maintenance is required. The hex nut portion enables installation with a standard spanner or power tool.

Manufactured from Steel or Steel Zinc Plated as standard, with other materials available on request.
