Hastelloy Hex Socket Cap Screws (DIN 912)

Hastelloy Hex Socket Cap Screws to DIN 912 standard or ISO 4762 host a cylindrical head shape, with a head height equal to the thread diameter.

Socket Cap Screws, often referred to as Allen Head bolts, are fastened using an Allen key or hex wrench. They sometimes feature a knurled outer edge to provide better grip and enable part installation by hand.

The hexagonal drive recess is more efficient than other traditional drive types, offering greater cam-out resistance for higher achievable torque – typically provided by a power driver or similar tool.

If installed into a counterbore hole, these components sit flush within the target housing for an aesthetically pleasing finish.

DIN 912 Hastelloy Hex Socket Cap Screws are often used in chemical processing or offshore applications due to their excellent corrosion resistance to a huge range of corrosive substances.

Available now in thread sizes from M3 to M8 as standard, with lengths from 6mm to 35mm. These Socket Cap Screws can be supplied in a wide variety of materials such as 12.9 Grade Steel, A2 / A4 Stainless Steel, Brass and Nylon.
