Monel Hex Socket Cap Screws (DIN 912)

Monel Hex Socket Cap Screws, often referred to as Allen Head Bolts, conform to DIN 912 standard / ISO 4762 and feature a cylindrical style head with hexagonal drive recess – fastened using a hex wrench or Allen hex key.

These Hex Socket Cap Screws feature a head height equal to the thread diameter and can host either a smooth or knurled edge around the head.

The hex socket drive has greater resistance to cam out compared to traditional slotted or Phillips drives, while being suitable for use with power drivers to provide higher torque and quicker installation.

Manufactured from Monel as standard – a strong and tough alloy with high mechanical properties at a wide range of temperatures. Its excellent corrosion resistance to brackish water and seawater makes Monel a great choice for use in extreme and demanding environments.

Monel Hex Socket Cap Screws to DIN 912 are available at Fastenright in thread sizes from M3 to M6 as standard, with lengths ranging from 6mm to 30mm.
