Socket Nylon Tipped Grubscrews

Socket Screws with Nylon Tips

Socket Nylon Tipped Grubscrews, or Socket Nylon Tip Set Screws, are ideal for use within applications which require a tight fixing that does not mark the mating surface.

They feature a protective Nylon point, which prevents damage to the target housing, as well as hosting the ability to uniquely match the space of the mating component.

The Nylon insert allows for self-locking and has great electrical insulation properties.

Used in round shafts, or for fastenings against uneven or angled surfaces.

Socket Nylon Tipped Grubscrews are manufactured from both A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel as standard.

Available now in from diameters in M2 to M12 as standard, with lengths ranging from 4mm to 65mm. Slotted Nylon Tipped Grubscrews are also available at Fastenright.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
