Phillips Micro Profile Head Screws

Phillips Drive Micro Profile Head Screws feature an extremely thin head height, typically chosen for applications with minimal clearance where other raised head screws are not suitable.

This low-profile fastener offers an alternative to countersunk screws, providing an almost flat external surface for an aesthetically pleasing finish – installed using a standard Phillips screwdriver or insert bit.

These screws can be found across a wide range of applications and industries due to their small form factor e.g. machinery, electronic devices, and robotics.

As standard, Phillips Micro Profile Head Screws are manufactured from Steel Zinc Plated, Steel Nickel Plated, and Stainless Steel – which can all be black plated on request. Other materials and finishes are available to order.

Available now in thread sizes M1.4 to M6 as standard, with non-standard sizes available to order. Optional thread locking patches can also be supplied.

6 Lobe TX Micro Profile Head Screws provide a reduced risk of cam-out compared to standard Phillips drives, while Tri-Drive and Quadwing Micro Profile Head Screws are ideal if additional security is required – all of which are available at Fastenright.
