Pin Hex Button Flange Security Screws, to ISO 7380-2 with Pin, host a rounded button head with an integrated flange. This provides a larger bearing surface for greater load distribution, while reducing damage to mating parts.
With medium tamper resistance against vandals and thieves, these components offer better cam-out resistance compared to other traditional drives. They require a special Pin Hex wrench or insert bit for installation and removal.
This two-way reusable fixing is an ideal choice for applications where maintenance is required.
Pin Hex Button Flange Security screws are typically manufactured from 304 / A2 Stainless Steel and 316 / A4 Stainless Steel as standard, with Steel and Zinc Plated Steel also available on request.
Available to order at Fastenright in thread sizes M2 to M12, with lengths up to 120mm. Optional thread locking patches can also be supplied for improved retention and vibration resistance.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
