Brass Hexagon Cap Nuts (DIN 917)

SKU: BRN05 Categories: , , ,

Brass Hexagon Cap Nuts Low Pattern, sometimes referred to as Low Type / Low Style Hex Cap Nuts, Dome Nuts or Blind Nuts, are manufactured in accordance with DIN 917 standard. The bright gold-like appearance provides an aesthetic finish whilst offering added protection to the end of a machine threaded screw or bolt.

They feature a hexagonal shape with a smooth, low-profile dome on one side. This covers the top of the thread to offer increased protection from damage whilst helping to prevent snagging or injury caused by a sharp thread.

Often used within the automotive sector and residential construction, these Low Type Brass Hexagon Cap Nuts to DIN 917 are rustproof and waterproof, great for both internal and external applications. We supply a range of Brass Nuts here at Fastenright.

Suitable for use in coastal environments as they offer good levels of corrosion resistance, as well as in electrical assemblies due to their high durability and non-magnetic properties.

Available in thread sizes from M3 to M20 as standard, with other sizes available on request.

These components are available to order in various materials such as A2 Stainless Steel, A4 Stainless Steel and Nylon, with other specialist materials and finishes also available on request.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.Brass Hexagon Cap Nuts (DIN 917) Technical Drawing
