Inconel Hexagon Full Nuts (DIN 934)

Inconel Hexagon Full Nuts, or Inconel Hex Nuts, are high strength fasteners that conform to DIN 934 standard / ISO 4032. Featuring a six sided hexagonal design, they are the most common form of nut on the market – easily installed and removed using a hex wrench or socket tool.

With a coarse internal thread, these Hex Nuts are easier to install compared to fine pitch variants while providing increased resistance to stripping and cross-threading.

Recommended for use with Inconel screws e.g. Inconel Hex Socket Cap Screws, but can be partnered with any matching bolt, screw or machine threaded fastener.

DIN 934 Inconel Hexagon Full Nuts are frequently used alongside half nuts to create a locking mechanism that prevents the nut from loosening due to vibration.

Inconel fasteners are well known for their great heat resistance, creep resistance and temperature performance range – often utilised in aerospace applications as part of rockets, jet engines and airframe components.

Available at Fastenright in thread sizes from M3 to M8 as standard, with other sizes available to order.

Hexagon Full Nuts can be supplied in various materials including A2 / A4 Stainless Steel, Brass and Nylon. Other exotic materials such as Aluminium, Titanium and Molybdenum are also available.

Non-standard sizes, grades and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.Inconel Hexagon Full Nuts (DIN 934) Technical Drawing
