2-Hole Countersunk Security Sex Bolt
2-Hole Countersunk Security Sex Bolts are tamperproof version of the commonly known sex bolt, also known as a barrel nut, barrel bolt, male female bolt, Chicago screw, architectural bolts or post and screw.
The security barrel nut takes its name from barrel-shaped flange present on the fixing, with a protruding boss that is internally threaded. The boss sits within the components being fastened, and the flange provides the bearing surface.
Countersunk security barrel nuts and their accompanying tamperproof security machine screw are normally chosen in applications that require a smooth, finished appearance as they sit flush in either side of the surfaces being fastened.
