2-Hole Pan Head Security Barrel Nuts

2-Hole Pan Head Security Barrel Nuts are a reusable two-way security fastener, typically used for clamping material together when combined with a machine threaded bolt or screw.

Designed for low to medium torque applications, these tamper-proof screws feature a pan head and 2-Hole Security Drive for moderate security resistance – fastened using a special 2-Hole Insert Bit.

These insert bits are manufactured to match the screws as the distance between the holes can differ, preventing removal without the correct sized tool. They are prone to bending or breaking so it is advised to order additional tools as a precaution.

2-Hole Pan Head Security Barrel Nuts are used in a range of applications and assemblies – often for architectural stair casing and balustrading.

Manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel, A4 Stainless Steel and Brass as standard, with other materials and finishes available on request including Aluminium and Titanium.
