6 Lobe Pin TX Button Security Sleeve Anchor

6 Lobe Pin TX Security Sleeve Security Anchors host a six lobe drive which makes these screws suitable for high torque applications and means that they can be removed if maintenance is required.

Also known as Star Pin Drive, Tamper Torx®, Torx® Pin, Resistorx® and 6 Lobe Pin, these security anchors offer medium security resistance against vandals and thieves at a relatively low cost.

Fitting is relatively simple and requires the drilling of an appropriately sized hole, the clearing out of the dust, and the insertion of the anchor before the screw is tightened with a special driver bit and the anchor expands for secure fixing.

Offering a medium security resistance against vandals and thieves at a relatively low cost, these sleeve anchors host a number of advantages such as a reduced cam-out compared to other drives, better torque than conventional screw heads, and less risk of damage to the drive – making it cost-effective to install and remove.

They can be used alongside Pin TX Barrel Nuts, as well as a number of other nuts such as Wave Nuts and Shear Nuts for added security.

Available from Fastenright as standard in A2 Stainless Steel and in diameters and lengths ranging across M6 x 45, M8 x 55, M8 x 75, M10 x 65 and M10 x 80.

Non-standard sizes and materials are available to order as specials, including custom parts made to drawings.
