Raised Phillips Countersunk Captive Screws are designed to be used alongside Phillips drive bits and screwdrivers.
Hosting a reduced thread – otherwise known as a captive shank – these fasteners provide a secure joining and aid in avoiding the loss or damage of the fastener within an assembly as the screw cannot be fully removed.
Often found amongst shet metal and captive panels which need to be retained for safety reasons.
Available in A2 and A4 stainless steel as standard, with optional thread locking patches also available.
Specials in a range of sizes, materials and finishes can be made to order.
